Vision

The vision of Naugachia Jan Vikas Lok Karyakram is to establish and strengthen a civil society/social order that is just, equitable and humane. This vision is supported not only by the United Nations Charter of Human Rights but also by the thrusts of the constitution of India that assures to all the citizens justice (Social, Economic and Political) liberty of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship, equality of status, opportunity and fraternity assuring the dignity of the individuals and the unity of the Nation.
